Glow & Go Contactless Spray Tan Booth
Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”)
By booking and/or using the Glow & Go contactless spray-tan booth (the “Booth”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking or use.
1. Nature of Service

The Booth is a self-service, fully automated tanning treatment. No staff will be present during your session.

You enter and use the Booth entirely at your own risk and must be able to operate the system independently.
2. Eligibility
-
Age: You must be 18+. Clients aged 16–17 require written parental/guardian consent. Under-16s are not permitted.

Health: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have respiratory issues, allergies, sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, contagious conditions, or recent tattoos/piercings, you must seek medical advice first and may be refused service.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required in full at time of booking. All payments are strictly non-refundable.

If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, your payment will be credited to your Glow & Go account for a future booking (no cash refunds).

Less than 48 hours’ notice, late arrival (beyond the 10-minute grace period), or no-show = full charge, no credit or refund.

Bookings are for one named client per session unless a pre-approved group booking is on file.
4. Session Rules

You must arrive clean, dry, and free from lotions, perfumes, or oils.

Enter only at your scheduled time and exit promptly when your session ends.

Staying past your slot may result in the next client entering automatically.

You accept all responsibility for any loss of privacy or interruption.

Protective gear (eye covers, hair caps, nose plugs, etc.) must be worn as instructed.

Only Glow & Go approved solutions and products may be used. No outside products, oils, or chemicals allowed.
5. Unauthorised Guests

The Booth is one person per session unless:

You have an official group booking, or
-
Back-to-back appointments are booked under both names.

Breach = £40 unauthorised guest fee per person, possible cancellation without refund, and repeat violations may result in a ban.
6. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the Booth or surrounding equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorised access, including damage by guests you bring.

Charges:
-
Cosmetic damage: from £50
-
Functional damage (repairs): cost of repair + £100/day loss of use

Intentional damage: legal action + permanent ban

Glow & Go is not liable for:
-
Allergic reactions or sensitivities
-
Patchy/uneven results (prep & aftercare are client responsibility)
-
Staining of clothing, towels, bedding or personal items
-
Injury, slip, trip, fall, or emotional discomfort caused by heat, mist, noise, or confined space

Loss or theft of personal belongings
-
7. Results
-
Tanning results vary depending on skin type, preparation, exfoliation, shaving, and aftercare. No results are guaranteed.

Patch tests are available on request. You are responsible for disclosing allergies.
8. Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service—without refund or credit—if you:

Fail to follow instructions

Abuse staff or other clients
-
Damage equipment or facilities
-
Bring unauthorised guests
-
9. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

Data will not be sold or shared except as legally required.
10. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version is always available on our website and at our studio.

Continued use of the Booth confirms acceptance of any updates.
